Housing Assistance Program of Essex County - Housing rehabilitation programs in the county are funded annually, and vary in scope and location from year to year.  For homeowners in Essex County - 518-873-6888

PRIDE of Ticonderoga - PRIDE’s Tri-County HOME Program funds owner-occupied home rehabilitation and lead-based paint abatement for low to moderate-income residents of Essex, Washington, and Warren counties.  PRIDE’s Tri-County RESTORE Program funds owner-occupied home emergency home repairs for residents 60 years old and above in Essex, Washington, and Warren counties. They can also assist with mobility modifications that will allow you to “age in place” and eliminate health safety hazards in your home.  518-585-6366
